Therapy Services

I welcome individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, identity, mood disorders, relationship stressors, and adjustment to life changes. 

Change can be scary, but it doesn't have to be debilitating.  We will collaboratively create goals that fit your life,  learn skills to help regulate difficult emotions, and learn effective communicate skills to help maintain healthy and meaningful relationships. 

Consider couples therapy if:

• You are committed to maintaining the relationship.
•  Need skills to improve communication. 
• Would like a nonjudgmental space to discuss difficult topics. 

• Initial 60 minute intake $100
• 50 minute individual session $175
• 60 minute Couples session $230

 I do not want finances to get in the way of you taking care of your mental health, so sliding scale is available upon request. 

I accept debit/credit cards, and/or HSA accounts. 

I accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas and Aetna 

I can provide you with a superbill for possible reimbursement from your insurance provider if you are out of network. I cannot guarantee any insurance reimbursement, so please contact your provider to see if you are able to be reimbursed.
